To secure your wedding hair booking, kindly complete the Wedding Enquiry Form to confirm date availability. When you've decided to go ahead with this booking, you will be sent an invoice with the information you need to place your deposit. Once your $200 deposit is received, expect a confirmation email. Final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding day, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared for your special day.

While a bridal hair trial isn't required as I'm confident in creating your perfect wedding hairstyle, and we'll have a consultation on your special day to ensure it's exactly what you envision. 

However, I highly recommend a trial to ease any concerns. A bridal hair trial allows you to visualize and perfect your wedding day hairstyle, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your vision and provides peace of mind. It's a chance to make adjustments, test durability, and coordinate seamlessly with your overall bridal look.

I recommend having your bridal hair trial 2 months prior to your wedding day. If possible, coordinate it with your makeup trial so you can see the overall look come together beautifully.

Depending on your desired hairstyle, hair extensions can be a fantastic way to ensure we achieve the perfect look. They're particularly ideal for down styles or voluminous updos. I recommend weft clip-in extensions over stick-on or halo options. The placement of weft extensions on your wedding day is included in your package. If you're interested, please don't hesitate to reach out—I'm here to assist you!

Yes, I do place your veil when time permits. For weekday weddings, I typically finish by 1:45 pm at the latest. If time allows, I love to personally place your veil and see you fully adorned as a bride! If this isn't feasible, I'll provide instructions for someone in your bridal party to assist with it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS when booking with The Bridal Knot. Please read the User Terms carefully as upon your booking with The Bridal Knot you agree to be bound by these User Terms.

It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions including all payments and are made by specified dates.

PAYMENT

Deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. The deposit paid will come off the total bill payable. When booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, which will under no circumstances be redeemable and transferable. Final payment of your invoice is due 14 days prior to your wedding date. 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

*If upon availability, wedding postponed due to personal hardship may request deposit to be transferred to your new appointment within a 9 month time frame.

 *Please confirm your numbers at the time of booking as we don’t offer any reductions 2 months prior to the wedding. Should someone in your wedding/group booking cancel they are welcome to be replaced with someone else, e.g. a guest or relative. The full booking amount must not be less than $650 excluding hair trial and travel.

*The deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. There are no refunds of any payments paid toward any bookings where there has been any partial/full cancellation made within the three-month period leading up to the booking/wedding date.

*If I have to cancel due to personal reason, personal hardship or unfortunate circumstance I will do my best to find a replacement stylist which is not always a gurantee. A full refund will be provided in this case. This does not include the hair trial that has been previously done. I'm also not responsible for any extra charges that might incur from the new stylist as we all have different prices. 

HAIR TRIAL

Wedding hair trial is available for $160 per session which runs for up to 1.5 hours. Trials are conducted at my Pottsville Studio in Northern NSW.
